William Maloney and Art Boulay, created Managing4Success.com out of their passion for managing. When we say "managing" we mean both personal, commonly referred as "self-managing" and the process of managing others, affectionately thought of as "business management."OPI provides executive level Coaching, Consulting and personal and business-staff Development to improve performance results. Our sense of accomplishing client results and our own personal mastery experiences are combination that can't be beat! Through their commitment, experience, and expertise Art and Bill have established business and personal relationship with their clients that will last a lifetime! Both Art and Bill are Certified Professional Behavioral, Values and Attribute Index Analysts from TTI Performance Systems, Inc., Phoenix AZ. Their philosophy is to be masters of management tools and they have strategic relationships with their product development and research vendors. They are also affiliated with Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) in Mohnton, PA. RAC produces excellent motivational and development programs balancing the learning of new skills with the motivation to apply them. In 1993 William Maloney & Art Boulay, merged their separate consulting practices to form Organizational Productivity Institute, Inc...OPI Inc. has over 50 years of combined hard fought Executive Management and Coaching experience.
