Individual 1-on-1 Coaching Process

Hire a Coach - without a source of accountability to support the desire to change - people will give-in, give-up and get-out to avoid the pain. The relationship with a coach must be built in an atmosphere of trust, but it does not necessarily mean a coach will be a best friend.  Coach are hired to specifically provide needed feedback to challenge you to reach your personal and professional goals.  The coach's role is to say what has to be said - NOW!  The focus is improving  our personal results and relationships.  Don't get stuck!

Know Yourself - Most people normally struggle as they examine who they really are.  To understand where they want to be, what they want to accomplish and achieve, and to appreciate the things they have - they must understand just where they are starting from.  Understanding "the inner self" is essential to taking a step in the right direction. Understanding the "How" and "Why" to our behaviors and attitudes is the key to learning about the inner self.  When ready, the coach will be able to assist in working with other key relationships to understand and improve the interactions and results. 

Start a Journey and turn hidden desire into learning and action. This is crucial in learning to lead a life without regret.  Ask yourself about the regrets you already have for; not-having achieved something, not-doing what is right and not-able to resolve important issues in your life. This is what you have accomplished without a coach.  Continuous learning increases the worth and satisfaction of your personal and business relations
