We use technology to enhance our productivity and effectiveness, particularly in sharing company information and the status of projects. We will stay abreast of emerging systems technology to enhance client communications and maximize our personal productivity.
Our strategy is to learn more about the Internet and other informational forums to determine alternative marketing strategies and increase name recognition. We will enhance OPI Web Site to communicate our philosophy, market our services and deal with relevant organization issues.
We will establish a central database of consulting material, proposals, notes, and ideas to aid research, organization and facilitation of consulting services.
Key measures include ease of information exchange, reduced overhead, reduced research and development time, and impact on all other OPI strategies.
