OPI Values, Vision and Mission
OPI is an organization, just like yours, of different and diverse people. To help guide our team, we've put into words our shared beliefs called values, our concept of our future called vision and how we serve others which we call mission. We like to share these with you: VALUES: (What we hold to be true and the way we operate)
VISION (What were becoming)
MISSION: Providing services that enables client companies to achieve their mission, prospering their clients, employees and other stakeholders. Be a collaboration of experienced professionals to provide support to one another, satisfying opportunities to grow and earn a living, and to provide a great depth of resources to our customers. OPI is a vessel to contain the collective intellectual capital of its partners and staff, and to foster strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, consultants and professional firms. OPI provides business opportunities by increasing market awareness of individual partners through collective marketing strategies and internal referrals. OPI creates immediate returns to the partners and builds partner equity over the long term. We further pledge never to accept or enter into a client relationship if we feel we cannot achieve the clients expectations, for that would be inconsistent with our strategies for success.
