Sidney's Rules for
Life I hope you'll embrace my rules and appreciate the impact they can have on you personally and on your relationships!
Rule #1 – Give your word and keep your word. Meet your commitments and the expectations of your role. As soon as you realize you can not keep your word or commitments notify those involve immediately – personally.
Rule #2 – Build relationships to the point where you can say what needs to be said…NOW! Feedback is essential to performance growth and personal development. Keep in mind that not everything that is true needs to be said…don’t say things that would hurt the expected results and/or the personal relationship. Hint: Don’t judge delivery of others, stay focused on the message…seek to understand what they are saying.
Rule #3 – Work as a team…no one can do it all alone. Teamwork requires trust, respect, appreciation, dedication, commitment, focus, determination, communication and a willingness to support others in their times of need. Learn to work together…effectively and efficiently.
